2. Tax Declaration provided it is Alienable and disposable and already surveyed.
  • Certification from DENR that the land is A&D
  • Certification from DENR that the applicant is the only claimant of the land.
  • No tenants
  • Sketch plan duly signed by a Geodetic Engineer
  • Tax clearance up to the time of application
  • TIN, Community Tax No.
3. Farm equipment, farm implement, and other chattel mortgage
4. 50% of standing crops but it should be insured.
Services to small farmers through lending in upland and lowland areas for agricultural productions, post harvest facilities, marketing facilities, processing facilities, animal raising, land development like: contour farming, farm road and bridges, irrigation and soil conservation's systems, small water impounding, agricultural buildings and structures, farm electrification & energy system agricultural waste utilization and facilities, agricultural and forest product machinery.

1. farmers who are personally engaged in farming
   and related activities in agriculture
2. Age: 18 - up years of age
3. Owner of the land, personally cultivating the land
4. No portion of the land owned and use as collateral
    being tenanted.
C. REQUIREMENT:

1. Min. Deposits P 500.00
2. must be" I Care member" w/ 1x1 picture
3. CTC
4. ID 2 pcs. 2x2 for application
5. In case of Firm: BOD resolution authorize signatories and the amount applied for loan, Audited Financial Statement 3 years.

Aqua Marine

Services to small fish farmer for development of small fish pond, fish cages, production of prawns, bangus, tilapia, crabs and hito. Processing of marine inland fishing and marine life, marketing facilities, machinery & equipment & etc.
